BlakDance is seeking an experienced and highly organised General Manager to support our dynamic national organisation through an exciting period of growth and transition. Working closely with the Co-CEOs, you will oversee the organisation's day-to-day operations, including financial coordination, governance, reporting, human resources, compliance, and organisational administration, ensuring strong systems and processes underpin our national programs and strategic priorities.
Play a key role in strengthening the sustainability and impact of a First Nations-led organisation, supporting the growth of contemporary dance through effective operational leadership, cultural integrity, and organisational excellence.
